Service Setup - $149
Initial charge for each service appointment covers everything required to setup the service (drive time to/from jobsite, scheduling w/ tenant, trip required to procure materials, and documentation/communication of work performed)

Bathroom Faucet Replacement - $183
Labor and materials cost to replace a standard centerset brushed nickel bathroom faucet with a new one. Materials cost for other styles vary.

Garbage Disposal Replacement - $286
Labor and material cost to install one new garbage disposal to replace non-repairable disposal. Assumes standard style garbage disposal and no changes to plumbing required.

Replace Toilet - $385
Labor and materials cost to replace a toilet with a standard toilet. Price assumes no changes to existing plumbing are required.

Replace Interior Door - $275
Labor cost to replace existing door with a new pre-hung door and trim. Materials cost is additional and varies depending on style and size of door.

In-Person Estimate - $75
If estimate cannot be created remotely, contractor will come out to the jobsite to review work to be performed, and create a fixed price quote for the client.
