Our Process

  • Either call or click the “Request Service” Button on this page.  Provide as many details as you can about your project.

  • We will review the scope of work, and propose next steps.

    For smaller projects that can be reasonably scoped without visiting the property, we provide a rough estimate and have you authorize spending up to that dollar amount.  If an issue is found after we reach the property that would result in additional cost beyond the work initially scoped, we will contact you to authorize the additional work required.

    In some cases, the property will need to be visited to scope the project.  For those cases, there will be a nominal fee charged to scope the project which may be utilized toward the service in the future.  This is waived for some of our preferred partners.

  • For owner-occupied homes, we schedule time to complete service with the homeowner.

    For tenant-occupied homes, we schedule directly with the tenant, and relay timing information back to the landlord on when the service is to be started and expected time of completion.  This streamlines communication and also results in less work required for the landlord.

  • We perform the service required, and review the work accomplished with the homeowner.  For tenant-occupied homes, we typically review the final work accomplished with the tenant while at the property, then will include pictures of the finished work with the landlord along with the final invoice.

  • Payment is accepted at the end of service for owner-occupied homes.  For tenant-occupied homes, an invoice will be sent at the end of service to the landlord with a link to remit payment.  Payment is typically made via ACH, check or Zelle.
